Dashboard Overview¶
The Velero Dashboard provides a centralized interface for managing backups and restores across all your Kubernetes clusters.
Main Dashboard¶
The main dashboard shows an overview of all connected clusters and their backup status.
Features¶
- Cluster Status: View connection status for all configured clusters
- Recent Backups: See latest backup operations across all clusters
- Quick Actions: Common operations accessible from the dashboard
- Resource Counts: Summary of backups, restores, and schedules
Navigation¶
The sidebar provides access to:
- Home: Dashboard overview
- Clusters: Manage cluster connections
- Backups: View and create backups
- Restores: View and create restore operations
- Schedules: Manage backup schedules
- Storage Locations: Configure BSL and VSL
- Repositories: Browse Kopia repositories
- Profile: View your user information and roles
Cluster Selection¶
Use the cluster dropdown in the navigation bar to:
- Switch between different clusters
- View cluster-specific resources
- Filter resources by environment
Permissions¶
Your available actions depend on your assigned roles. Check the Profile page to see your current roles and permissions.
